The Venberg watermill is located south of Valkenswaard on the Dommel river. This mill, which used to have three functions under one roof (oil mill, bark mill and grain mill), is one of the oldest mills in history.

It is used to flood the Bossche Broek at high tide.

Heeze's tourist information point is located in bookstore and office stationer's Lektura on the J. Deckersstraat. They offer a wide range of cycling and hiking maps, (travel) books and package deals, including fun tourist promotions.

The Stratumse Heide is an area between Eindhoven and Geldrop. It is a very bumpy kind of heathland as a lot of driftsand has deposited here over the years.

For centuries, this ferry boat was a short connection between the village of Olland and the hamlet of Kasteren.

Built in the 14th century, it was once a corn mill. The farmers from the surrounding area were forced to have to harvests ground here.

Dive into the past and hike along the reconstruction of ‘Den droad’ (the wire). This so-called Death Wire was a 332 kilometre long wire fence constructed by the Germans during the First World War, spanning the border between Belgium and the Netherlands.

In the 19th century, the Schimmelse or Woenselse Watermolen was the largest watermill in the area. Corn was ground, oil was pressed, and wool processed in this mill.
